This delightful vegetarian/vegan version of the classic Bolognese is  perfect for all pasta types. Instead of meat we use red lentils and mushrooms. The rest is exactly just like the original Bolognese.
Just like its meaty version, this sauce needs patience and time: it's been cooked for about 2 hrs for a natural sweet taste (the longer it cooks, the sweeter the tomato passata gets and the “meltier” the red lentils become).
It is seasoned with our beautiful Midori Green Salt “Sage, Rosemary & Garlic” for the extra herby and garlicky kick!
Comes in handy 350 gr. tubs, perfect for about 2 portions. It freezes beautifully so get a few extra tubs (or get bigger tubs) to keep in your freezer!
