Hi there! After about a week from the introduction of our herbal salts we decided it was time to present to you world's best pesto alla genovese (ok, ok, we don't lack self-confidence, we know...).
It's based on Nicoletta's family recipe (she was born in Genua, where real pesto comes from) and it's an amazing concoction that will make any store-bought pesto you've tried until now blush with shame. Did we already say we're confident? :D
Our bright green pesto is freshly made a couple of times a week, it's vegetarian and totally gluten-free plus made with the best ingredients: just great basil, Grana Padano and Pecorino cheese, pine-nuts, garlic and great organic extra virgin olive oil.
So what are you waiting for? You can order it online and then come and pick it up in our herbs lab in Amsterdam! This is where you can get yourself a portion (in a 200 gr. tub for 6,95 euro) before it's finished!
